Manage and Control Intelligent pigging contracts covering 500+ pipelines (Oil, Gas, Water).
Ensures that adequate QA/QC procedures are in place for new subsea facilities in project in line with ADNOC OFFSHORE specifications and industry practices.
Monitors and review of new, and in-service Pipeline inspection report submissions (Reports, pipetally, and Raw data) in-line with POF and contractual requirements.
Advise Projects on Acceptance/rejection of pipeline condition prior to handing to operations.
Advise Projects and engineering of pipeline piggability study.
Prepare and advise critical anomaly for verification/repair as part of extending pipeline remnant life.
Manage and Monitors the Competency & Development for young UAE National within the Team and ensure development.
Conduct technical evaluation and prequalification for Vendors specialized in pipeline inspection and verification.
Manage development and implementation of the Pipeline Integrity Management System (PIMS).
Manage and Develop Intelligent Pigging (IP) Risk Based Inspection (RBI) scope of work.
Develop pipelines inspection and repair action plan.
Provide technical advise on the integrity status of pipelines including issues related to integrity certification, Fitness for Service (FFS), and Remnant Life Assessments (RLA).
Support management to evaluate bids and contract award and preparation of annual business plan and budget.
Manage and Ensure pipeline integrity strategy is met by reviewing and update existing procedures, standards, and practices to maintain pipelines throughout their life cycle.
Manage and Help develop and ensure the execution of the In-Line Inspection (ILI) master plan.
Identify and develop pipeline long term replacement plan.
Validate the inspection findings, review, assess, and evaluate the IP results.
