• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on behavior analysis principles.
• Use positive reinforcement techniques to encourage desirable behaviors and reduce maladaptive behaviors.
• Collect and analyze data on client progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in behavior intervention strategies.
• Provide training and support to parents and caregivers on implementing behavior management techniques.
• Document client sessions, progress notes, and treatment modifications in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Participate in team meetings and case reviews to discuss client progress and treatment adjustments.
• Conduct assessments using various ABA tools and methodologies to identify behavior patterns and needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect client information.
• Stay current with ABA best practices and continuing education requirements to ensure effective therapy delivery.

• Making Term Individual Educational Plans for Students of determination.
• Working with the teachers in modifying the curriculum for the Students of Determination.
• Modifying exam papers according to the needs of Students of determination in different classes.
• Individually helping the SODs during the exams.
• Training LSAs.
• Running NEST program for Math and English Skills for wave 3 students.
