* Manage daily site activities and ensure work execution as per drawings and targets. I am responsible for getting all the required signatures and also obtaining clearance for the upcoming (IR,RFI).
* Reviewed drawings and explained daily tasks to the team. Assigned work to workers and ensured completion of daily targets.
* Planned the next day’s activities in advance based on site progress. Coordinated MEP works (HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems). Ensured safety standards and site regulations were followed Conducted site inspections and supported approvals

* Executed site marking based on approved drawings for footings, pedestals, and structures.Coordinated with client for approvals and clearance before execution
* Supervised excavation, footing, pedestal, and bolt alignment works
* Managed reinforcement and concrete activities. experience in batching plant work also

Projects: 2) Avaada 50MW Solar Project – Kembhavi

Responsibilities:
* Conducted field surveys and accurate site measurements. Assisted in layout marking and site data collection. Supported project execution with survey reports and documentation

* Worked on Main MCR Building and Switchyard construction
Carried out solar panel marking as per drawings. Obtained client approvals and submitted documentation
* Ensured proper safety protocols at site. Managed manpower and distributed daily work targets
