• Received the Tender Documents & Drawings from the Commercial Dept.

• Prepare and submit Combined Work Program Submittals to clients for Baseline Approval within a specific time frame (including Project Details, Program Assumption, Work Program, Compliance Statement, Productivity Rate, Resource Histogram, and Cash Flow in Excel extracted from the program and Organizational Chart).
• Determined the most cost-effective mitigation plan through construction methodology, sequencing, acceleration, and catch-up plan in consultation with internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and distribute the weekly look ahead schedule including the critical activities to set the targets for Engineering, Procurement, Production & Installation teams.
• Prepare & distribute the internal Individual Department Micro level Tracker reports for Design, Technical, Procurement, Fabrication, and Installation Activities.
• Prepare and distribute the Monthly Cash Flow-In for the Project's Planned Monthly Activities.
• Monitor and track the planned engineering activities with the Design Team Lead/Manager on a daily and weekly basis.
• Monitor and track the procurement of long/short lead items for order placement by planned priority material qty's.
• Monitor and track fabrication for actual productivity trends, fabrication materials of utilized resources, and timely material delivery.
• Monitor and track the QA/QC and HSE teams to ensure that NCRs and site observations are cleared as soon as possible, and that logs are kept and updated on a daily basis.
• Coordinate with the Contracts Manager to ensure timely notice of Delay events, including related documents and an updated program for sending delay letters to client.
• Prepare and update the Delay register for internal and external delay events, as well as to highlight the management's construal entitlement.
• Prepare and submit the Extension of Time (EOT) using Time Impact Analysis of the Window Analysis Method, As-Planned vs As-Built Analysis, and narrative and supporting documents.
• Participated in weekly team meetings to improve plans and revise proper protocols in order to meet objectives.
• Assist the quantity surveyor in preparing Payment Applications for actual execution work on a monthly basis.
• Prepare and distribute the Project Status Report and a Graphical PowerPoint Presentation containing a Summary of Each Department's Performances and Forecast Activities, as well as Cashflow-in for Management review on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Worked flexible hours across night, weekend and holiday shifts.
