Physical IT Datacenter Infrastructure:

• Successfully managing the centralized Dutco DC & DR, along with 9 branch offices, ensuring efficient operations and data redundancy for business continuity.

Compute Virtualization & Network Virtualization:

• Proficiently handling VMware clusters, Esxi hosts, and a substantial number of virtual servers, ensuring smooth virtualized operations and efficient resource allocation.
• Expertise in utilizing NSX and SRM for streamlined network virtualization and disaster recovery.

Storage Solution:

• Managing IBM All Flash SAN and NAS, ensuring optimal storage performance and data management for critical business operations.

Backup Solution:

• Implementing a robust backup strategy across the central data center and branch offices, utilizing Veeam, Exagrid, and Tape Library for secure and reliable data backups.

Security:

• Overseeing an extensive security infrastructure, including firewalls (Checkpoint, Palo Alto), F5 LTM and GTM, and Cisco AMP & Umbrella, to ensure comprehensive network security and threat management.

Email Security & Archive:

• Successfully managing Mimecast Email gateway security & Archive for 50 email domains and 3000 mailboxes, ensuring secure communication and data integrity.

Microsoft Office 365 & Hybrid Cloud Services:

• Skilled in configuring and maintaining Microsoft Cloud Services, including Office 365 and Azure infrastructure, with a strong focus on managing E1, E3, and E5 subscriptions, as well as Dutco Group Azure Virtual Machines and App services.

Microsoft Windows Network:

• Efficiently managing multiple active directory Forests, domain controllers, virtual servers, and a substantial number of workstations, desktops, and laptops within the network infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and user support.

• Setting up & maintaining various servers including IBM, HP, DELL & Compaq
• Installing and configuring required roles in windows servers such as DHCP,DNS, DC
• Create & Manage user accounts, groups, print queues and control access rights in Active Directory & Creating trust relationship between domains.
• Create /manage users in Microsoft cloud.
• Manage & support Group companies’ hosted applications & network resources in Etisalat Datacenter through MPLS.
• Convert existing physical servers into virtual using Disk2VHD, HyperV & VMware.
• Installation & configuration of Tape libraries. Handling backup i.e. to ensure up-to-date backup by monitoring backup server and client & restoring backup from tape to check the integrity of the backup on weekly and monthly basis using Microsoft DPM 2012 & Symantec Backup Exec 2010.
• Provide secured access to internet by Installing and configuring Microsoft TMG 2010, ISA 2006 as per requirement and enabling web monitoring.
• Administering Microsoft Exchange 2003 environment & having experience in Exchange 2010.
• Provide remote access (Site to Site VPN) to the users by SonicWALL & Cisco Routers.
• Install and configure Cisco Routers, Avaya Switches & liaise with network admin in creation of new network and subnet.
• Enterprise wireless LAN configurations including site surveying & configuring controllers and wireless access points.

• Installation and configuration of desktop / laptop computers & adding to the domain.
• Sharing and securing the access of network resources like file, printer and scanner as per management requirements.
• Installing and configuring IBM & HP POS machines and wireless PDAs for DUTCO Hotels and resorts.
• Shouldering responsibilities for site offices’ IT setup (Network/Server/Internet) required for construction projects. Configuring Blackberry, Apple IOS and Android devices for corporate email system.
• Ensuring preparation and maintaining list of IT equipments & software for insurance /inventory
• Structured Cabling including Fiber Optic cable termination completed more than 500 using FITEL fusion Splicer in Various Porjects
• Installing and configuring Computer based surveillance (CCTV) system
