• Lead Plumbing and Fire Fighting Engineer for a luxury residential development with 15 towers (45m+ high).
• Designed and coordinated potable water, fire protection, and gas plant spaces with architectural layouts.
• Finalized shaft allocations, distribution strategies, and ensured multidisciplinary coordination for drainage and water supply tie-ins.

2. Sama Yas, UAE.

• Lead Plumbing and Fire Fighting Engineer for a residential project with three themed towers.
• Directed design of plant rooms, drainage systems, and gas shafts in compliance with international and regional standards.
• Produced detailed technical notes to document design strategies, and facilitate consultant discussions.

3. Velodrome, UAE.

• Lead Engineer for plumbing and firefighting systems at the region’s first UCI-category indoor cycling arena.
• Designed potable water and fire protection plant rooms, service distribution, and shaft requirements.
• Solved complex stormwater challenges by implementing a siphonic drainage system to minimize roof drops, and ensure unobstructed track functionality.

1. North Riyadh Mall (NRM), KSA

• Lead Plumbing & Fire Fighting Engineer for the Kingdom’s flagship retail and leisure mall, with multiple F&B, retail, entertainment, and parking facilities.
• Designed complete plumbing systems (drainage, water supply, stormwater, gas, and firefighting) from the concept stage, including plant room space allocation.
• Coordinated shaft requirements with architects and builders' works with the structure team; ensured tie-ins with INFRA networks for drainage, water supply, and gas.
• Overcame a major design challenge of routing drainage without transferring services below tenant spaces, requiring extensive coordination with the architecture and structure teams.

1. Red Sea, KSA

• Public Health Engineer from concept to detailed design for a luxury island development with hotels, retail, entertainment, and recreation zones.
• Designed complete water supply, hot water, cooled cold water, irrigation, and drainage systems, including pump and heat exchanger sizing.
• Coordinated extensively with SPA, pool, and kitchen consultants, as well as structural and architectural teams; ensured compliance with SBC 701.

2. Sydney Metro, Australia.

• Public Health Engineer for an underground metro station in Phase 2 of the Sydney Metro.
• Performed hydraulic calculations for drainage, water, and stormwater; delivered designs at Stage 2 (detailed design), and Stage 3 (technical design).
• Coordinated shafts, builders’ works, and service clashes with architecture, structure, and MEP teams; ensured compliance with AS 3500, and Institute of Plumbing Australia codes.

3. Ocean County, New Jersey.

• Public Health Engineer for an office building undergoing architectural and MEP renovation.
• Prepared demolition plans for existing plumbing services, and designed new drainage and water supply systems.
• Validated existing plumbing against updated codes, and coordinated with lead consultants for revised layouts and hydraulic calculations.

4. Mina Zayed, UAE.

• Public Health Engineer for the expansion of a government grain storage facility with new silos over 4,000 m².
• Designed site-wide drainage, cold water, and stormwater networks, coordinating with multiple services on-site.
• Developed a full public health network for the silos, and integrated it with existing systems.

5. New Zealand Pavilion, Expo 2020, Dubai.

• Lead Public Health Engineer for the New Zealand Pavilion at Expo 2020, Dubai.
• Designed water supply, drainage, and stormwater systems, performing calculations for pipe sizing, daily demand, and pump selection.
• Managed the design team to ensure high-quality drawings and timely delivery for a high-profile national pavilion.

6. Dubai Pavilion, Expo 2020, Dubai.

• Lead Public Health Engineer for the Dubai Pavilion, the Expo 2020 host country pavilion, constructed entirely from timber.
• Designed plumbing networks from concept through detailed design stages, applying BS 12056 and BS 6700 standards.
• Delivered hydraulic calculations, water demand studies, and plant room sizing; supported authority approvals with tailored submission packages.

• New Zealand Pavilion, Dubai
• About: Dubai witnessed the world’s first WORLD EXPO 2020 and several nations are taking part with their pavilions in six-month long event. New Zealand government is the client in this project.
• Key Responsibilities: Designed plumbing services for the pavilion as a public health engineer. As pavilion represent the state, designing of plumbing services is utmost challenging and exciting on same time. For timely delivery of project while maintaining the high-quality standards of drawings, models and services, managed team as a Lead Public health engineer. Along with services, Various calculations performed related to project such as Water supply pipe sizing, Pump calculations, Daily demand and plant room space requirements, Storm water calculations, Drainage calculations etc as well.
• Dubai Pavilion, Dubai
• About: Dubai pavilion was also one of the pavilions for the WORLD EXPO 2020. Dubai pavilion was the host country pavilion for the world expo which is built by Dubai government. This pavilion is made up all wood and no metal are used on its construction as this is last for six months.
• Key Responsibilities: Leading public health services team to design and developed the public health network for the pavilion from Stage 1 to stage 3 which is concept stage to detailed design stage. Public health services for project designed on British code BS 12056 Part 2,3,4 for drainage services and BS 6700 for water supply services. Performed and submitted various calculations such as Daily Water demand, Water supply pipe size calculations, Storm water calculations, Pump calculations and Water supply plant room calculations etc. Involved with Lead team for acquire various Authority approvals and for same issued specific packages for approvals only.

1. King Hussein Medical City, Jordan.

• Firefighting Engineer for a 1,500-bed super-specialty hospital, developed under royal patronage.
• Designed firefighting systems for lab areas and operating theaters, including sprinkler, foam-based, and clean agent systems.
• Performed detailed NFPA-13 and UAE Fire & Life Safety code-based calculations; completed design at RIBA Stages D and E with full coordination and modeling.

2. 10 Broadway, United Kingdom.

• Public Health Engineer for six mixed-use towers (residential, office, and retail), with interconnected podiums.
• Supported the full PHE scope at RIBA Stage D, including drainage, water supply, and interdisciplinary coordination.
• Delivered a complete design package in alignment with project requirements.

3. Midland Metropolitan Hospital, United Kingdom.

• Engineering team member for a 1,000-bed super-specialty hospital.
• Part of the clash resolution team, supervising service coordination to ensure a clash-free design.
• Supported interdisciplinary integration for hospital MEP services.

• Firefighting lead for a four-level underground rail terminus, integrating MRT, National Rail, and Express Line to China.
• Directed a team for firefighting system modeling and clash resolution.
• Provided engineering solutions for coordination between firefighting, PHE, and other MEP services.

• Public Health Engineer for the renovation of an existing school building.
• Managed the full design scope, including drainage and water supply, at the preliminary stage.
