Visa Processing Service Ltd. (joint venture with Yalamanchili Software Exports)

• Handled a team of size 8, and end-to-end Pre-Production and Post-Implementation Support for Australia New Zealand bank for Australia & New Zealand (ANZ), KIWI, Macquarie and Sun Corporation Bank's for all prepaid cards.
• Analyzed and tested using SQL, during Database Migration from VDC to OCS and Analyzed the client queries logged in JIRA and responding based on their severity and validating the generated reports from System and matching with the functional specifications.
• Proven ability in reducing the differences in the balance sheets across five projects and ensure daily reconciliation of settlement process, chargeback process, and release process using SAS and SQL.
• Analyzed big data using SQL & report transaction details for VISA/MASTER Association's QMR, and during Database Migration from VDC to OCS.
• Achievements: Individually handled and identified the root cause for a switch level bug. The same has been fixed after continuous testing, which resulted in NIL monetary loss to the Bank, Cleared the historical data and received valuable feedback from both the Client and Senior Management.

• Handled end-to-end Process of Citibank Malaysia, Australia & Philippines, and have been an integral part of UAT for settlements process, at the time of system migration from ECS to ECS+ & EBS and launching for new product, Involved in Functionality/Integration/Regression/Ad- hoc testing and Investigation of Cardholder queries using ECS+.
• Performed Impact analysis and document analysis on existing system and document respectively to define business rules for the new solution.
• Traveled to SINGAPORE for Country COB Testing for ASPAC Countries, and has independently handled successful & smooth testing, and also traveled to MUMBAI for City COB Testing for ASPAC Countries and has independently handled successful & smooth testing.
• Achievements: Handled individually, system migrations of ECS to ECS+ for Malaysia and Philippines and received good feedback from both Client and Senior Management, Migrated 2 years of backlog payment recon from client. Cleared and reconciled all the backlog entries within 2 months and got valuable feedback from both Client and Senior Management.
