• Working as CAMO-Planning Engineer in order to ensure that the maintenance planned enables optimum aircraft availability to support the operational flying programme and efficient and cost effective planning of maintenance.
• Ensuring that the Aircraft Maintenance Programme (AMP) is controlled, managed and developed as required by the continuous airworthiness requirements of the regulator, OEM and reliability programme.
• Ensuring that the AMP is maintained in an optimized condition for operation.
• Responsible for effective taskcard management associated with the AMP and update the AMP revisions in the ERP for monitoring and forecasting.
• Working with Reliability team for the defects analysis and develop the new maintenance tasks for effective maintenance plans.
• Review the new tasks additions in the AMP for resource requirements and prepare plan for timely executions.
• Coordinate with OEM and vendor for the technical data for continuous review process.
• Develops long-term/short-term maintenance plans for fleet maintenance based on the Approved Maintenance Program.
• Creates scheduled and unscheduled line maintenance/ base maintenance work package.
• Review and prepare the tasks for manpower, material and Tools/Equipment preload and coordinate with MCC for timely completion of maintenance plans.
• Coordinates with Material Management and MCC to ensure all tools, spare parts and components prior to scheduling or planning any maintenance activity.
• Review of SB/AD for Topkits, Materials and other resources and provide inputs during Mod committee Meeting.
• Contact the MRO for the Major check Hangar slot availability and negotiate the package cost.
• Monitor the work plan execution as per the project plans, coordiante and follow-up with Technical services for repair and technical queries and Material team for the parts requirements.
• Verify the weekly plan, Monthly plan and base check work package.

• Responsible for preparing Long Term (5 Year plan, ESV, Major Components replacements and Base check) and Short-Term plan (Annual Plan, Monthly and weekly plans)
• Monitor and coordinate with Technical Service team for deferred (MEL/CDL) and unscheduled maintenance items and co-ordinate with Engineering for disruption recovery.
• Track and validate maintenance delays and cancellations based on airline maintenance operations and analysis the root-cause.
• Manage, revise and issue all maintenance work packages for line and base maintenance activities based on airline operations and availability of required facilities, tooling and materials.
• Responsible for preparing work packages for aircraft that require maintenance to be performed on Fleet and coordinating the plan to accomplish these work packages with the all fleet.
• Monitor and coordinate with maintenance provider deferred and unscheduled maintenance items.
• Review Inventory Maintenance Control (at fleet/Inventory level).
• Develop a plan for each aircraft and maintenance station that takes into account aircraft time available, complexity of the work and available resources.
• Ensure that all work complies with Quality standards, policies and procedures system-wide.
• Review of SB/ADs/ SL for Top kit, Spares, Manpower, Operator supplied Spares, Tools & Equipment requirements.
• Support the preparation of annual budget in accordance with the engineering organizations requirements.
• Support the continuing improvement process in the area of manpower planning.
• Worked for ICAO, Regulatory and 3rd party company audits.
• Reviewed AMM revision highlights and action on revised spares and advise logistics for tools upgrading options for scheduled maintenance requirements.
• Liaise with the AMP Engineer for implementing the revisions.
• Work with AMP Engineer in review of schedule maintenance task and provide the data for AMP effectiveness meeting.
• Ensure that Reliability program tasks and component life limits are included in AMP and forecast in ERP.
• Assist Planning Manager in preparing Budget, Extract inputs from maintenance forecast for LLPs and LRUs getting due.
• Based on maintenance due forecast, list the component dues to Planning Manager and Schedule for replacement.
• Worked with Power plant manager and Fleet Manager for Engine shop visit plans and plan the aircraft utilization to inline with ESV plans.
• Effective cost-controlled methods are adhered in spares ordering process.
• Follow-up on Reliability Control Board decisions on components.

Worked in CAMBATA AVIATION ‘P’LTD, Chennai

• Assisted KLM B747-400 fitted with GE engine & PW engine, Qatar A330-200/300 fitted with GE engine.
• Assisted in Transit inspections and Preflight checks
• Assisted in Arrival and Departure checks
• Assisted Ground/ Onboard engineer for Fuel, Oil uplift and during AOG Troubleshooting.
