Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations, maintaining accurate records and reports
Liaise with government authorities such as immigration, labor, and municipal offices to expedite approvals
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding formalities in compliance with legal requirements
Monitor deadlines for visa renewals, insurance, and labor card expiries to avoid penalties
Advise management on updates or changes in government policies affecting HR and PRO operations
Maintain effective communication with government departments to ensure smooth operations
Support administrative tasks related to employee documentation and regulatory compliance
