• Communicate and follow instructions of the Shift Controller to carry out duties efficiently and safely.
• Follow all relevant departmental policies, Reading P&ID, PFD processes diagram, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Conditioning monitoring of all rotating and static equipment. Chock valve adjustment, chemical injecting (corrosion inhibitors, demulsifies and O2 scavenger). Communicating solving the problems in the field with guidance of panel operator.
• SIMOPS Operation with drilling rigs and operation in charge.
• Familiar with oil manifold chokes, Handling HP, MP & LP separators (2&3 phase).
• Operation and maintenance of Chemical injection pumps (Electrical and air drive).
• Operation of well tree, well Testing, manifold and process valves, process equipment planned maintenance.
• Annulus pressure bleeding Operation.
• Prepare the plant / equipment's for maintenance ensuring adherence to standards.
• Changing wells into MPFM every day and give the test report to CPF.
• Have regular checks off all equipment and unit to ensure that they are functioning correctly in accordance with standard operation procedure.
• Checking and recording the plant Log Sheet each and every day a variety of readings such as Oil and Gas Flow, Temperature and Pressure.
• Conduct periodical checking of the location and status of the fire and safety equipment along with related person.
• Operating of water injection system & Gas Injection system.
• Attends all Emergency and Abandon Platform exercises.
• Monitoring and recording of hourly reading such pressure, temperature, level and all other parameters.
• Production & Test manifold operations - Setting Pressure, Interface level and Level of Test separator.
• Water draining and operation of all motor operating valves at Crude Oil Pumping Station.
• Attending regularly in routine checkups - of all Equipment and Units to ensure that they are functioning properly in accordance with standard operating procedure and conditions.
• Sign WMS Electronic Work permits, follow on-going jobs and monitor Contractor's activities ensuring adherence to safety regulations and procedures.
• Good knowledge of standard Permit to Work systems.
• Co-ordinate with Pigging operations, PIG launcher and PIG receiver leak testing, Line up, Operating the valves, flow diverting, chemical injection, pressure monitoring, PIG inserting, and receiving, conformation passing to control room, flushing, draining, ensuring the conditions of PIG and counting the sledges reporting to control room.
• Checking all Chemical Injections pumps like Corrosion Inhibitors, Scale Inhibitor,Asphaltene, Wax Inhibitor and adjusting choke size as per Injection Rate required.
• Carry out duties as Auxiliary fireman or Site Safety Officer as and when required during emergencies, as per the Facility Response Plan.
• Subsea manifolds and down hole chemicals injection and hydraulic power unit for X-mas tree valves and down hole valve control.
• Sampling procedures and laboratory analysis & chemical injection principles.
• Additional requirements involved lab sampling and analysis like BS&W and PTB Well fluid oil, gas & Water level.
• Seawater treatment involves the operations of Lift pumps, Fine filters, Back wash sequence, and Stripping gas packed column deaerator and water injection.
• Closely Monitoring all parameters in production and Pipeline operation and responding for the alarms from DCS / SCADA, Fire, gas and toxic gas system and to monitor MOV System, TGS, MAS, ESD system, Sub System like Machine-Condition Monitoring, Auxiliary system, Leak Detection System and CCTV cameras in terminal and pipeline and Ensuring Alarms are maintained within KPI

Familiar with DCS & SCADA & Field operation handing Production Upstream & Downstream Refinery Plant operation, oil movement and Pipelines. Involved in all Commissioning activities of oil and gas plants. Preparation of punch list, Check list, Dynamic test for all equipment's, Turn over commissioning procedure (TCP), Function test certificate (FTC),  Commissioning Monitoring Report, RFCC, RFSUC, FAT, SAT reports. WELL HEAD OPERATIONS  well head control panel operation, Startup and Shutdown, Inspection & Operation of Christmas tree. Flow Line Flushing Job, Flowline Choke changing, ESP pump operation, Well Head valve greasing, SIMOPS operation, PIG Launching & receiving, Pigging Operation different kinds of PIGS Receiving & Launching (Cleaning pig, Gauging pig, Intelligent pig), Well Annulus Pressure Bleeding, DHSV leak off testing, well opening, closing operation & Trouble Shooting, wire line job preparation in the well head, change over the wells for testing in MPFM and test separator, knowledge of ESD and Fire & Gas system of well head platforms, Chemical injection, well head sampling and oil and gas gathering manifold operation, well test data collecting etc. 

OIL & GAS GATHERING STATION Operation & control of wells through different headers for optimum production. Oil manifolds, Gas manifolds,  Surge tanks, Separators (2 & 3 Phase), Dehydration tanks, Water disposal pumps, Crude transfer pumps, Chemical injection, Gas/oil line pigging operations and well testing etc. Inter-stage Scrubber, Gas treatment glycol contactors, Glycol regeneration unit, Gas exports, Routine sampling of oil, gas, glycol and condensate. Isolation & De-isolation of equipment's, Vessels & tanks for maintenance. Familiar with work permit system. Gas testing, Mechanical & electrical isolation procedures, Co-ordination with maintenance crew, Trouble shooting and reporting etc. 

CRUDE OIL STORAGE AND PUMPING STATION Familiar in oil & gas processing system, Main tank and intermediate tank operation, change over, move operation, Water disposal, Tank evacuation, Isolation, Bottom oil transport and bottom oil receiving. Tank pump, Booster pump, Main pump operation, Lube oil pressure checking and maintenance etc.... 

WATER & GAS INJECTION Lube oil pump, Booster pump, Main pump & Corrosion inhibitor pump operation. Lube oil pressure maintain, Cooling water pump operation. Lube oil level maintain. Chemical injection. Water sample, Move operation and Vibration check. Speed trouble shooting, etc. Inject high-pressure dehydrated gas into well reservoir, Operation & maintenance of multistage compressors, scrubber, intercoolers, after coolers. Separator Startup & shut down operations. 

PUMP OPERATION Start-up & shut down operation of Centrifugal & Reciprocating pumps. Lube pumps operation, Oil level maintenance and vibration check. Maintenance seal check, Cavitation, Suction & Discharge pressure checkup, Pulsation chamber, Strainer operation. Coupling, Shaft vibration & heat checkup, Speed setting, chemical dose pump operation, Submersible pump operation, troubleshooting, etc..... 

PRE-COMMISSIONING AND COMMISSIONING EXPERIENCE: I have involved in the Pre-Commissioning & commissioning activities those includes like Leak testing (Air, N2), pneumatic testing, water flushing, blowing (air, N2, steam), chemical cleaning, making isolation as per process requirement by providing spades, oil flushing, vessel internal inspection etc. depending upon the nature of fluid handling system, Drying, System box up, Tightness test, Energization, Nitrogen displacement with feed in take etc. Before Commissioning of the plant other activities like functional test of Rotating equipment's, Stroke checking of Control valves and inspection of instrument, checking of the plant for completion as per P&ID etc. 

SPM & JETTY OPERATIONS Ships Berthing & Unberthing, products transfers Ship to Ship & Ship to Tanks, FPSO supply, SPM Buoy operations, Loading arm (Types of RCMA & DCMA) connection & Disconnection, sub-sea and sub-oil pipelines Pigging operations, Pilot communication with port and shore CCR.
