- Managing the Quality Control & Assurance Department (QA/QC) and taking care of External and Internal Audits.
- Implementing all certifications like ISO 9001:2015, QMS, CE EN10255, CE EN10219, CE EN10217, CE EN10210, AS1074, AS1163, UL, FM, SASO, API 5L & SCT, etc. in all stages and maintaining proper system, all parameters, preparing documents and records and ensuring successful completion of all audits and performing periodic internal audits of all standards.
- Proficient in various steel grades and standards such as API 5L & SCT along with ASME SA53, ASTM A53, A795, A252, A135, A500, EN10219, EN10255, EN10217, EN10210, EN39, AS1074, AS1163, CSA, JIS, S355 JOH, S355J2H, S275, S235 etc.
- Recently handled and successfully executed the API 5L/5CT certification as a MR.
- Attended API 5L & SCT audit and prepared all required documents as per API Q1 10th edition by successfully completing the audit as well as gaining the API 5L & SCT certification.
- All FM projects (Sampling and testing) completed successfully with scope extension requirements with deep knowledge of sample preparation as per the pressure testing requirements.
- Reviewing and verifying TDC (Technical Delivery Conditions) as per Customer requirement.

- Managing PED with all WPS/WPQR.
- Managing and controlling the calibration activities of all testing and measuring instruments internally and by third party calibration agency.
- Monitoring and Controlling inspection activities carried out by QC Supervisors, especially for pipemill, Galvanizing and Black painting of pipes.
- Monitoring the preparation of all records and documentation related to daily inspection activities for INTERNAL and EXTERNAL audits and assuring the proper corrective and preventive actions against internal NCR and customer complaints
- Implementing quality control procedures/ manual for conducting day-to-day operations, tests and inspections of products, services, or processes within company.
- Monitoring chemical parameters of pickling by daily reviewing the chemical analysis reports of Acid, Flux w.r.t, PH, Sp. Gravity, conc & Iron content.
- Leading production as well as quality of auto painting (black, blue, red) lines.
- Monitors that Products produced are complying with the desired standard.
- Ensuring the customer requirements are fully understood within the organization by conducting orientation class for QC supervisors and production supervisors.

- Ensuring the inspection of ERW pipes are complying with the standard and customer requirement.
- Alternately assuring the Zinc coating of galvanized pipes by using ELCOMETER and perform test as per standard BS 21 and SASO 1011 GS 1422.
- Chemical analysis of Acid, Flux w.r.t, PH, Sp. Gravity, conc & Iron content.
- Controlling pre-treatment, flux filtration & neutralizing system in galvanizing plant & a working knowledge of changing Zinc Bath.
- Ensure that Chemical Analysis of Raw Material is complying to the desired standard.
- Check the material specifications and PO data against the delivery note and assign the corresponding QC inspector to do the job based on the quality plan respective to the standards BS 1387/85, JISG3131, JIS G3132, JISG3141, JISG3302, JISG3193 and DIN 2395.

- Prepare daily production status of commercial steel and submit to Plant head.
- Issue an NCR report to non-confirming material and carry out corrective and preventive action on same.
- Ensuring the customer requirements are fully understood within the organization by conducting orientation class.
- Perform any other job assignment as instructed by immediate Plant Head.

- Compile audit reports (KPI, Internal Audit Checklist and MRM) and submit them in time to the immediate section head, with recommendation for suitable corrective action including regular follow- up to ensure corrective action is taken in time.
- Co-ordination and implementation of QMS as per ISO-9001-2008 system activity in the plant.
- Prepare Key performance indicators data sheet (KPI).
- Perform outside vendor inspection and audits when required.
- Follow up the execution of a calibration plan for measuring and testing equipment and takes corrective and preventive action in case of non-conformance.
