Job Profile & Responsibilities

• Production planning in line with the production and DIFOT targets
• Executing Weekly plan & daily schedule based on monthly plan
• Preparation of daily Production Plan (Printing, Lamination, Slitting, Pouching & Blown Film) based on the delivery date of the job and availability of Inputs
• To be responsible for effective and optimum utilization of both human and material resources
• Communicate the possible dispatch date to Sales Team within 48 hrs of receipt of SO (Sales
• Order)
• Co-ordination with Purchase department for follow up of material like Pet/Met Pet, Bopp/Met
• Bopp, Cpp/Met Cpp, Al Foil, Paper, Poly etc
• As per given priority
• Coordinating the Resources and the Production team for Execution of Production order to meet customer Delivery Schedule Date
• Coordinate with procurement team for material availability in time to meet DIFOT
• Co-ordinate with CMD for timely connectivity of cylinders for production and meeting DIFOT
• Giving presence in PCS (Production Control System) meeting to convey massage of urgency, getting feedback to improve more cost-effective plan of the day and discuss over the variance happened in last day production
• Coordinate with Operations for timely production of laminates and meeting DIFOT
• Follow up with marketing/sales team for the Job Handover of new jobs
• Any defaults to be intimated to sales team in time
• Pro-active communication with sales team for better service to customers
• Giving current status of every job to respective salesperson and giving them ETD (expected time of dispatch).
• Created and maintained master schedule based on customer orders, availability of raw materials, machine capacity and constraints.
• Developed long-range plans to identify critical support areas, resource availability and priorities.

• Preparation of Production Plan of each machine like (Rotogravure, Lamination, Extrusion, Slitting,

• Planning of jobs for ensuring optimum machine utilization and timely deliveries
• Preparation of BOM (Bill of Material) for packaging film (Pet/MPET / CPP/MCPP / BOPP/MBOPP /
• Matt BOPP / Foil / Paper / WPP)
• Calculating the amount of material required for production
• Getting Production Report & Plan vs Actual from MIS team for the preparation of Daily Plan
• Making of Job Ticket after receiving Order Confirmation Note (OCN) form salesperson
• Giving job status and dispatch date of every job to respective salesperson
• Coordination with production department for technical support
• Follow up with cylinder department and purchase department
• Attending morning meeting to discuss on any urgencies, production targets and discuss over the variance happened in last day production
• Setting up monthly procurement plan based on Projection Purchase Requisition
• Making Sales Forecast sheet and planning every job in order to achieve monthly sale target
• Man & Machine wise capacity Planning
• Planning each machine in plant to have optimum utilization with Max
• OEE
• Co-ordination with Purchase department for follow up of material as per given priority
• Regular follow up with sales team for upcoming new jobs.

Job Profile & Responsibilities

• Preparing of production plan for every machine
• To order material according to the requirements and pending orders
• To update and enter new orders in Rolling Production Plan sheet
• Coordination with marketing team for upcoming new orders and raising Projection Purchase
• Requisitions of required films like (Pet, Cpp, Bopp, Foil, Paper, Nylon, EVOH)
• Regular focus on Inventory and ordering material as per requirements
• Reducing raw material inventory by using over wide films as per ageing of old stock
• To coordinate with Marketing, Store & Production departments
• To coordinate with Account and store department with purchase related issues
• Providing dispatch plan to dispatch team for Container booking and optimization of vehicle loading for local jobs
• Updating stock sheet on daily basis and allocating each and every film respected to its job.
