- Developed HR policy and procedure updates and creation to abide by international and local laws and meet the standards of ISO 9001:2015 certification while preparing the company for an IPO.
- Administer all aspects of the year end performance appraisal cycle and compensation process to administer merit and bonus payout for employees within assigned groups.
- Introduced comprehensive employee onboarding process and annual performance appraisal platform to enhance employee integration and performance management in 2021.
- Launched Rewards & Recognition Program and Engagement Activity calendar to improve employee morale and participation in 2022.
- Championed the Corporate Social Responsibility program and created monthly initiatives for employees.
- Member of the Labor Wellness Committee, which oversees the labor policies, accommodations, health and safety, and grievance procedures to promote employee welfare.
