  • Dealing and representing the beach club on a daily manner is a exciting experience every time. In hospitality, you never know who will come into your work establishment. I can comfortably say whatever clientele comes; I can positively add a fruitful experience for them and also add upsells for the establishment.
  • Day to day delegating of a team of 2 gentleman and 10 ladies. Keeping morale high with a positive and optimistic attitude in what can be a socially draining job. Producing bottle delivery shows daily with a quick turnaround with the gents and making a comfortable environment to where our female hostess and the client is enjoying each other company. The largest day being 163K AED on a single table and consistently getting 400k+ per month on the first year of operations in a new beach club.
  • Composing any irate or unhappy customers with courteous and professionalism to keep the experience in the eyes of the customer, a good one.

  • Without any control in which kind of customers you have to deal with. This was great repetitions and experience to be able to control and achieve a great first impression starting the customers great experience in the beach club.
  • Having the freedom to naturally socialise with the customers made me realises within hospitality, the more effort you put in, the more you gain with network and value of the customers. Humility is how I achieve this and genuinely I'm passionate about.
  • This is where I built confidence with the face-to-face interaction to navigate towards an upsell or a bottle delivery show.

  • This was my Uncles business so when he was there, he dictated what to do. When he left, I was left in charge of making sure customers get served as soon as possible in a high-pressure environment.
  • Whilst providing food, customer service was a massive thing whilst providing great food. This ensures that the customers will come back.
  • I deal with complaints and resolve solutions to ensure the customer never goes away feeling unhappy or unsatisfied.
  • Being from Greek Cypriot origin. I worked 10 till 10, 6 days a week which proved to me that I have a great work ethic and a willingness to work which I'm very thankful for.
