• Prepare and manage facility budget in accordance with the Group’s financial management processes.
• Plan best allocation and utilisation of space and resources for new buildings, or re-organising current premises.
• Develop specifications for construction, repair and modification projects as assigned, coordinates capital construction activities for the purpose of ensuring that all phases of construction project is completed within specifications, the budget and timeframes with minimal interruption to employees.
