Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinated project HSE activities in accordance with Trakhees EHS requirements, company policies, and project HSE plans.

• Prepared and maintained HSE documentation including risk assessments, method statements, inspection reports, training records, and monthly HSE statistics.

• Coordinated with the Client, Consultant, Project Management Team, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project safety requirements.

• Assisted in the implementation and monitoring of the Project HSE Management System and safety objectives.

• Conducted HSE inductions, awareness sessions, toolbox talks, and safety campaigns for project personnel.

• Monitored the closure of safety observations, corrective actions, and consultant/client comments.

• Participated in site inspections and audits and followed up on identified findings to ensure timely compliance.

• Reviewed and coordinated Permit-to-Work documentation, lifting plans, and high-risk activity approvals before work commencement.

• Prepared weekly and monthly HSE performance reports and submitted them to project management and client representatives.

• Coordinated incident reporting, investigations, and corrective action tracking to prevent recurrence.

• Maintained communication with Trakhees EHS representatives and assisted during regulatory inspections and audits.

• Supported environmental compliance initiatives including waste management, housekeeping standards, and sustainability requirements.

• Assisted project management in achieving project milestones while maintaining compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.

• Provided HSE administrative and technical support to project teams and ensured all HSE records were properly maintained and updated.

• Managed Maimoon Garden project encompassing 2 basement levels, ground floor, 4 podiums, 39 floors, 1 mechanical floor, and roof in JVC, Dubai.

• Danube Jewelz (Arjan, Dubai) Project Profile: $81.7 million (AED 300m) residential Complex featuring 463 units across a structure layout of G+2P+13 Floors + Roof.
• Lime Light Twin Towers (Dubai Sports City) 2B+G+23 Floors + Roof. Project Profile: A dual-tower residential development
• Rufi Rose Gardens (Dubai Sports City) A mid-to-high-rise residential building featuring 2B+G+22 Typical Floors.

• Implemented safety measures, reduced workplace accidents.
• Investigated workplace accidents, recommended preventative measures.
