- Attending the site progress meeting, monitoring the site progress and instruct site engineers to meet the target.
- Conducting Quality & EHS meeting & ensuring that site instructions and NCRs closed at earliest and implementation of Quality & EHS policies strictly to the project requirements.
- Review of Authority Liaison Program and ensuring that submissions / approvals / inspections carried out by relevant authorities.
- Ensuring the testing, commissioning of all equipment & balancing the system as per standards and agreed procedures.
- Coordinating with various agencies & ensuring the submission of close out documents such as As-built drawings, T&C documents, Warranty certificates, Authority Approval Certificate, Operation and maintenance Manuals, Third Party Certificate etc. on time and ensure smooth & proper hand over to client representatives.
