Providing Volunteering help for open days or events around campus which has expanded on my social skills and memory due to having to be able to answer any questions a potential student or parent has about the university.

I worked in the hospitaly sector of the hotel industry I achieved this by calling hotels pretending to be a possible customer asking leading questions to ensure that they were able to provide suffiecent answers and then would rate their hospitality.
