• Managed various payroll teams with zero attrition for over 7 years
• Implemented and managed the global employment tax & compliance center (GM COE) in Dubai.
• Designed an automated shadow payroll commercial system to handle the data consolidation, global shadow payroll processing and inter-company payroll re-billing of global mobility employees. Developed supporting operational processes as well to reduce the shadow payroll operational cost from the market avg of USD 125 per transaction to below USD 10.
