- Checking material availability by 2 weeks looks ahead schedule and prepare material request and site store monitoring
- Monitoring site work and giving instructions to foremen
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly report, job done & leftover work and submitting to CM & PM
- Conducting daily briefing with site team to follow up the work progress
- Maintaining of safety procedures of workers
- Ensuring that the work is being executed without any wastage of material.
