Project Description:
It is a GPRS Mediation Platform(GMP) Swap project where Amdocs Fusionwork Openet is replaced/migrated to Ericsson Online Mediation. GMP allows operators to charge subscribers for data traffic in GPRS/UMTS/LTE network.
Roles and Responsibility:

• Developed GMP business logic in Ericsson Online Mediation Platform from scratch using Java programming language.
• Integrated Upstream and Downstream systems using various protocols like Diameter Gy, LDAP, SOAP etc.
• Worked on Kubernetes containerized based solution.
• Used Volt DB and PostgreSQL database.
• Conducted unit and integration testing of the developed solution using testing simulator.
• Fixed Bug reported in the UAT testing.
• Supported performance and Load testing of the developed solution.
• Worked closely with the Solution Architect to design LLD and HLD documents to build and provide the robust and scalable solution.

Project Name: IOD Project Phoenix

Project Description:

IOD Project Phoenix provide wholesale billing and revenue share capabilities that supports the Google Fi and other MVNOs customer with the help of below application systems:

• CSG Mediation (IME - Intermediate) is a offline mediation systems .
• CSG Interconnect (ICT) is a wholesale billing application.
• CSG Interconnect Financial Manager (IFM) acts as an invoice and report generation tool.

Roles and Responsibility:

• Provided L2 Support and maintenance of all the applications and its servers.
• Analyzed and Resolved any application issues within given SLA.
• Followed ITIL process for Incident and Service request management using ticketing tool Remedy and Jira.
• Perform monthly billing for all MVNOs.
• Application and OS patch deployments on all application servers hosted on AWS.
• Working with AWS console.

Project Domain: Telecom Wholesale.
Project Name: CSG Route(ASCADE) Product Support
Client : Multiple(20+) including British Telecom, TalkTalk, Reliance Jio etc

L2 Support for CSG Route v10 (ASCADE) Product.

• CSG Route is primarily a software system for telecoms interconnect
  businesses, which helps carriers/operators to buy and sell international voice calls and its routing implementation on switch.

Roles and Responsibility:

• Provided L2 Support and maintenance of Route application.
• Analyzed and Resolved any application issues within given SLA.
• Followed ITIL process for Incident, Service and Change request management using ticketing tool Remedy and Jira.
• Application patch deployment.

Project Domain: BT Wholesale. Project Name: GSITCIO_UKOthers_ASM_FP Client: British Telecom Role: Application Support Group Duration: 2 years

ROP (Route Optimization Platform) is essentially the CSG Route application heavily customized according to BT requirement for BT Wholesale Lob. This system performs route optimization and pricing management for BTW's international voice traffic.

• Supporting and maintaining the application.
• Resolving any application issues within SLA.
• SR handling using bridge clarify ticketing tool
• Change request creation using HPSM
• 100% SLA compliance.
