- Receiving material from fabrication and warehouse segregation, as per project facility.
- Maintain the material file MIR, issue notes, delivery notes, and receive material support from the painting and plate shop, as well as warehouse receiving of erection material as per the platform unloading material holding area.
- Working closely with the logistics team to determine the effective way to receive the material (air, road, or sea).
- Constructability review, tracking of material procurement, followed by the offshore schedule.
- Maintain a material and equipment matrix with certification details.
- Prepare a weekly summary and share it with the project-related team, Erection Material, Fabrication Material, Logistics & P&E, Gases, Scaffolding, and Rental Item Status.
- Fabrication item cross-verify with drawing: spool, support, structural material.
- Accordingly, bagging and tagging preparation notifies the Project QC team for loadout inspection with PID, erection, and fabricated material.
- All release notes are updated and safe with the folder: Fabrication IRN, Painting IRN, Loadout Inspection IRN.
- Prepare the packing label and attach it to the boxes and pallet for identification.
- Based on Bagging and Tagging, prepare the material inspection report and offer it to the HUC engineer for verification and acceptance.
- Raise SRF and request logistics team arrangement documentation via road, courier, sea freight, as per project requirements.
- Loading material on the vessel and material barge from the yard after all activity is completed; notification raised for final walkthrough to verify material and sea fastening as per CDE.
- Offshore-related campaign based on manpower prepares P&E tool list.
- Order P&E consumables based on work scope and schedule.
- Follow up on the delivery.
- Calibration items are sent to a third-party facility approved by the company.
- Project rental requirements raise her and follow up for delivery accordingly; the campaign started.
- Rigging gear and container arrangement inspection approved vendor, and color coding after inspection.

- All document calibration certificates are shared with QC and Safety Adviser before starting the campaign.

- LNDB Lotus Notes using CI index, DI index, winder drawing, and act IDocs.
- Top up construction consumables as per requirement.
- Recalibrate all equipment before the expiration date.
- Prepare the packing details, and ship the future scope materials to SAPMT, and take confirmation on the handover items for the further process of our PMT.
- Once the campaign finishes, all material will be offloaded, and the vessel and barge will be off-hired.

- Balance project material inventory completed, and notify the engineer accordingly. Confirmation RTS to warehouse, and keep documents for record.
