Did bachelor's from a reputable institute in Pakistan but graduated at the wrong time when there were not many jobs. Started career as a developer and did development for call center solutions. The preference still remained to work in the telco industry so moved to Warid Telecom Pakistan as a system engineer and left to lead a team of developers and system engineers at Shaheen Air International. The job at Shaheen Air was a turning point in the career which changed the perspective towards the job. Joined the current company as a system engineer but soon got the opportunity to grow and was promoted as a team leader in the same department, got another promotion and now am heading the operations in the Middle Eastern region for the company. As of now, with an experience of 14+ years am leading a team of more than 15 system engineers, responsible for keeping the operations for the customers smooth and making sure that no downtimes are faced by the customers. During the journey so far was able to learn, C# development, Linux system administration, Team management, Infrastructure architecture design, SLA Management, KPIs Management, Kubernetes based deployments, CI/CD and worked for development, operations, and pre-sales teams in the ITC industry. On the personal front, I am normally a person who can be approached easily, very open in discussions, and always helping others to grow.
