• Worked as an Electrical Engineer handling emergency maintenance activities in the Medium Voltage (MV) distribution network (33kV, 11kV, and 6.6kV), including substation equipment and power cables.
• Frequently served as a shift in-charge, coordinating with the Load Dispatch Centre to distribute planned and emergency activities among the concerned group leaders on shift.

• Extensive experience in pre-locating, pinpointing, and rectifying various types of power cable faults in the 33/11kV MV distribution cable network using SEBA KMT (Vario) and Megger (Centrix 2.0) test vans.
• Performed VLF testing, cable identification, Spiking and route tracing for the 33/11kV MV cable network as per requirements using test vans and portable testing equipment.
• Handled emergency breakdown maintenance, including the replacement and rectification of switchgear panels and capacitor bank units during flashovers or failures in primary substations of the MV distribution network.
• Carried out emergency breakdown maintenance for the replacement and repair of RMUs, transformers, and LVDBs during flashovers or failures in secondary substations of the MV distribution network.
• NOD Inspection and rectification of Ultrasonic discharge from cable terminations of RMUs & switchgears, Sf6 gas pressure low complaints in RMUs & switchgears and Oil leakage complaint from RMUs & Transformers.
• Conduct Preventive Maintenance for the replacement of RMU, Transformers & LVDB in Secondary substation network.
• Conduct pre-commissioning test of 33 & 11kv spare panels for PED commissioning Activity.
• Conducted preventive maintenance activities for switchgear, MV cables, RMUs, distribution transformers, LVDBs, and capacitor banks in primary and secondary substation networks.
• Attended and resolved complaints, including troubleshooting and rectifying automated motorized RMUs.
• Mobilize and connect 11kV and 0.4kV MDGs to the distribution network for supply restoration and load reduction during system occurrences.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports of preventive and breakdown maintenance activities for management review.
• Ensure strict adherence to established work procedures and risk assessments in all daily work activities. Consistently follow safety protocols and operational guidelines to maintain a safe, efficient, and compliant working environment.
