• Assigning the work of subordinate staff engaged in the maintenance of inventory strums.
• Storage and Preservation of Material as per fixed and flexible location and according to the layout of stores, monitoring dispatch to Job Work to the respective clients as per Procedures.
• Estimates and reports to the team on progress in meeting established deadlines for completion of targeted dispatch dates and tasks.
• Coordination with Production, Quality, operations department / projects teams and client for arranging shipping of materials.
• Coordination with transporter / Shipping line for arranging truck and containers.
• Maintain and develop positive business relationship with a customer key personnel involved in or direct relevant to a logistics activity.
• Management records, determination of materials requirements, preparation of purchase requisitions, delivery orders, Production reports preparing of unit activity.
• Preparation of shipping documents like packing list shipping marks delivery note shipping invoice containers load list and certificate of origin.
• To ensure proper receipt and issuance of material as per the company laid systems and procedure.
• Responsible for proper Receipt, documentation, following procedures for critical Issues to ensure incoming material discrepancies are controlled and accounted for on receipt.
• Preparation of rejection report and dispatch of rejection to respective vendors.
• Ensure all incoming /outgoing material is properly accounted in strums software on daily basis.
• Responsible for implementation & maintaining the ISO related documents & Procedures.
• Monitor and direct safety processes to ensure safe environment and atmosphere for all facility employees.
• Ability to use STRUMIS system, Microsoft office etc. to generate Delivery note reports
• Preparing dispatch report on daily basic and reporting to Manager.
• Coordinate with Customs clearing agent at GCC borders for trucks clearance
• Coordinating with Client to check if there is an issue in the delivery process so that it can be controlled in time.
• As per the company procedures practices and policies of safety, quality and environment are adhered .
• we are development & continues improvement of MRP process & the use of ERP system.

Material Controller

• Maintain and update inventory records, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Monitor inventory levels and placing orders for replenishment as necessary
• Coordinate with clients to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Identify and resolve any discrepancies in inventory records.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure that materials are always available when needed
• Implement and maintain inventory policies and procedures.
• Perform routine inspections of materials to ensure quality standards are met.
