  • Develop and ensure consistent implementation of resourcing initiatives, programs and tools including elements such as assessment and selection frameworks, integration with other processes and budgets.
  • Manag all role job descriptions for all Bahrain based entities and assist in review/amendment/development of job descriptions.

  • Ensure processes, policies and approaches are regularly refreshed to remove bias and prevent discrimination.
  • Oversee effective workforce planning identifying and developing pipeline to meet current and future resourcing and business needs.
  • Prepare plans and oversee execution of achievement of desired Employer Branding and promote DPDHL brand.
  • Lay down guidelines and oversee implementation of Graduate /College Recruitment and Internship programs.
  • Participate in career fair and represent the company.
  • Design frameworks and lead implementation of On-boarding processes and Induction programs.
  • Resolve issues related to Resourcing, integration of key processes and data analytics.
  • Keep up to date with industry best practices.
  • Provide regular updates to managers on the status of their recruitment.
  • Provide timely and professional updates to all candidates. Ensure that the candidates have a professional recruitment experience.
  • Provide feedback to both internal candidates for developmental purpose.
  • Ensure that employee selection and appointments are carried out in a structured and systematic approach and meet HR policy and local legislation. As well as conduct reference and security checks on selected candidates.
  • Responsible for managing the recruitment specialist and Government Relations specialist positions to include performance management, KPI setting and monitoring, Training and Development, Engaging and motivating etc.
  • Prepare Compensation Approval Form (CAF) for new positions and seek necessary approvals from all stakeholders.
  • Responsible for the recruitment request process (RRF) put in place for MENA countries. The role holder needs to ensure all positions are clarified and carried through the approval process in accordance with the MENA policy and to ensure all necessary requested information by MENA CEO is provided on time.
  • Perform other tasks and duties as and when requested by the company / management.
  • Ensure that all employees are covered on the applicable social insurance scheme.
  • Manage the residency permit process for all employees and their dependents in accordance with local law and company policy.
  • Provide the support to business functions in all government and embassy related matters.
