1- I succeeded in cooperating with my team at Juman Energy Group, as soon as I joined in 2021, to create a database through M-files system, in a record time, then was able to encourage the team to stop saving any staff documents on sharing folders, due to the distribution of tasks in a system and good coordination.
2- Managed our participation during ADIPEC 2021 & 2022, as a main exhibitor, with 5 co-exhibitors, came from out of UAE, comments of our participants were impressively positive, which made the CEO appreciate me at a business dinner that brings together the entire team.
3- In 2022 & 2021, could handle all company events, employee engagements, kick offs, staff welfares, and welfares, etc., keeping in mind tow critical things, satisfy employees and provide a high-quality entertainment, and manage the available budget as best as possible, could transfer 30%+ to 2023’s budget.
