Sales Gas Pipeline Network Enhancement Project - ADNOC - FEED project, UAE.

• Study the existing facilities bottlenecks and provide all possible solutions of pipeline network supplying for the existing gas consumers and future potential gas customers.
• Draw out the most viable techno-economical engineering solutions to meet the flow and pressure required of consumers.
• Carry out Front End Engineering Design of the Sales Gas Pipeline Network such as Equipment Sizing, Blowdown Calculation, Settleout Pressure Calculation, PFDs, P&IDs, H&MBs, Philosophy Documents, Line Lists and Equipment List

Ras Markaz Crude Park Project- OTTCO - EPC project for Crude Oil Tank farm, Slops/Oil recovery tanks, Utility system, Oman.

• The design of the offshore VLCC tanker unloading and loading facility, SPM, PLEM, Offshore pipeline, onshore pipeline, Crude booster pump facility, tanks for slops and recovered oil and utility system such as OWS, PCSW, CSW drain system, oily water treatment facility, desalination plant , Re- Mineralisation package and Sewage Treatment Plant facility which will be integrated with other stake holder facility of Duqum Refinery tanks, MOG tanks and Commercial crude tanks.
• The activity such as checking of PFD and P&IDs, hydraulic, development of design basis, ESD philosophy, Cause and Effect Diagram and philosophy documents were also carried out.
• Attended review meetings and study meetings such as HAZOP, HAZID.
• Prepare CRS sheet and reply for client comments.

Trans Nigeria Gas Pipeline Project - NNPC - EPC project for Gas pipeline, Block Valve Station and Gas Processing Station, Nigeria.

• Development of steady state hydraulic simulation of the Ajakuta-Kaduna-Kano pipeline system, Line list, Process Datasheets.
• Design of Knock Out Drums, Control valves, PSVs for the Gas processing facility, Hydraluic calculation for Pumps such as Knock out drum pumps, and utility systems such as Potable Water Treatment System, Diesel Transfer System.
• Activities such as development of PFD and P&IDs, development of design basis and philosophy documents were carried out.
• Prepare CRS sheet and reply for client comments.

• Start-up and Commissioning of Shell Resin and Polyester manufacturing plant P&ID Preparation and review, hydraulic calculations, equipment sizing, safety system calculations. Knowledge of engineering practices, calculation methods, international standards, codes, specifications, and procedures. Engaged in 24/7 technical and production support for Shell Resin, Poly-Urethane and Polyol batch polymerisation processes. Installed and commissioned Resin Production Plant and Polyester Polyol Production Plant. Proposed process modifications to improve process operational efficiency and performance. Collaborated with cross-functional teams including R&D, Sales and Projects departments to optimize chemical processes and increase profits.

• Provided a viable and feasible solution to implement Solar powered CDI technology for household level water purification.
