Job Profile : New Builds Project Buyer

• New build start-up procurement starting with first fill and all spare parts for Borr rigs built in PPL and Keppel Fels
• Reactivated the below Borr rigs with tight reactivation deadlines of 45 days for each rig - Borr Gerd, Natt, Groa, Grid, Gersemi, Njord, Galar, Idun, Saga , Gunnlod, Skald, Thor and Arabia 1 and Arabia 2.

Job responsibilities:

• Sourcing for complete spare parts list and first fill for all the Borr New builds
• Expediting and arranging logistics with the Borr freight forwarder
• Managing the virtual warehouse onshore and organizing the binning of all the spare parts ready to plug and play onboard
• Procurement software used: IFS.

Job Profile : New Builds and Upgrades Projects Buyer.

· Tracked and monitored purchase orders, deliveries and invoicing to verify accuracy and compliance.

· Established inventory targets, stock level, and risk mitigation targets and managed flexibility strategy to optimize inventory.

Projects: New build and Upgrades procurement panning 3 regions UAE, Bahrain and KSA.

New builds : Kingdom 1 and Kingdom 2.

Upgrades: SAR 202 in Bahrain, R058 JP Bussell in KSA, R056 Bob Keller in KSA and R050 Bob Palmer in KSA Rowan Mississippi R074.
