- Oversee in-house promotional activities.(ICs and EV vehicles both)

- Efficient handling and tracking of customer inquiries to ensure prompt responses and conversion.
- Perform regular analysis to identify and address any operational or financial leakage.
- Take full responsibility for AD and AMD evaluations to ensure comprehensive performance reviews and improvements.
- Ensure adherence to grooming standards for staff for a professional appearance.
- Maintain a 100% completion rate of tasks and responsibilities outlined in the checklist.
- Ensure zero outstanding in accounts, maintaining a clean and accurate financial record.
- Focus on improving exchange penetration, offering attractive trade-in options to customers.
- Efficiently manage relationships with financiers to ensure smooth and timely financing options for customers.
- To discuss sales performance, operational updates, and strategy with Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI).
- Review progress on targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Address any challenges faced in the dealership or within the network.
- Preparation: Ensure all necessary reports (sales, inventory, customer feedback, etc.) are ready and up-to-date before attending the meeting.
- Sales Performance: Review monthly/quarterly sales data and performance against targets.
- Product Launches/Updates: Stay informed about new product releases, updates, or promotions that HMSI is running.
- Training & Support: Discuss any required training programs for staff or areas where additional support is needed from HMSI.
- Network Strengthening: Identify areas to improve dealer network support, sales tactics, and customer service.
- Market Feedback: Share insights from customers, staff, and market trends to guide future strategies.
- Implementation: After the meeting, ensure that the agreed-upon actions are implemented within the dealership.
- Follow-ups: Keep track of action items and deadlines assigned during the meeting.
- Reporting Back: Regularly provide feedback to HMSI and internal teams on the progress of agreed tasks or changes.
- Develop a strategic plan based on insights from HMSI meetings to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and overall dealership performance.
- Retail Focus: I will analyze last year's data, compare it with this year's performance, and track last month's achievements as well as this month's progress.
- Oversee HMSI (Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India) branding initiatives.
- Manage all branding-related tasks and ensure that brand guidelines are adhered to.
- Organize or assist with any branding events or activities related to HMSI.
- Handling field marketing activities, such as promotional events, sales support, and dealer engagement.
- Coordinate the logistics and execution of marketing campaigns in the field.
- Recruit and manage the 2 employees specifically for event support.
- Manage dispatch planning, including scheduling, coordination, and communication with the logistics team.
- Ensure timely deliveries and monitor the status of dispatches.
- Ensure color percentage and product details match the required specifications.
- Regularly monitor stock levels across locations.
- Ensure stock is maintained and update inventory levels as needed.
- Track product flow and ensure proper stock rotation to avoid any shortages or excess.
- Facilitate inter-dealer exchanges, ensuring smooth transactions between dealers.
- Monitor the exchange of products between dealers for stock optimization.
- Ensure co-dealer relations are positive and work on resolving any issues.
- Manage relationships with co-dealers (partners working together in sales).
- Ensure co-dealers are aligned with the brand strategy and operational standards.
- Provide support and resolve issues related to co-dealer activities.
