• Organize periodic renewal of licenses, lease of agreements, work permits, residency, medical Insurance, workmen compensation, property Insurance & third-party liability insurance as required by departments in order to monitor properly and avoid any fines/penalties.
• Applying new labor quota as required and arrange MOL inspection.
• Represent the Company at locations such as the Ministry of labor, immigration, RTA, Police Stations, Airports, Municipalities & other significant Departments.
• Managing Fleet (40+ commercial & admin Vehicles) Maintaining RTA Traffic file, RTA Passing, Insurance, Renewal, Salik, Maintenance and government authorities’ approvals (Permit) as per departments requirement.
