Job Description

• Lead end-to-end execution of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and site supervision.
• Prepare and manage project schedules (MS Project / Primavera P6) to track milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Monitor project budgets, control expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure project alignment and timely execution.
• Ensure strict adherence to construction drawings, specifications, and UAE building codes.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to enforce HSE compliance, quality control, and risk mitigation.
• Oversee procurement of materials, labor, and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
• Chair progress meetings with stakeholders and prepare weekly/monthly project reports for upper management/client.
• Resolve on-site technical and operational issues quickly to avoid delays.
• Monitor resource allocation, optimize manpower utilization, and manage subcontractor performance.
• Implement QA/QC procedures to ensure all construction activities meet the required standards and client expectations.
• Track project progress using Earned Value Management (EVM) and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Manage construction permits, inspections, and authority approvals (Dubai Municipality, DDA, TRAKHEES, etc.).
• Maintain all project documentation including RFIs, material approvals, method statements, and site logs.
• Deliver completed projects within scope, budget, and schedule, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
