1- System application configuration delivery lead for Etihad Guest Loyalty Programme.

2- Definition of scope and expected benefits and requirement for the target solution, organizational and/or technology changes

3- Managing the System Support Team to transform from CRANE loyalty operating platform to Comarch Loyalty operating platform.

4- Coordination and delivery of all system requirements

- Consult on behalf of Carlson Marketing Group to manage their clients, Loyalty Programme application configuration requirements. Clients included Kuwait airways (Oasis Loyalty programme) and Saudi Telecom Company (STC Loyalty programme).
