Responsibilities :-

• Baseline and master program preparation in Primavera P6 & Cost and resource loading integration with Primavera P6.
• Preparation of progress S curves, resource histograms.
• Update Schedule and monitoring site activities.
• Maintain registers for material submittal, approval and procurement schedule.
• Preparation of short-term detailed schedules based on baseline schedule.
• Preparation of mitigation programs/ recovery programs.
• Prepare look ahead plans for the project execution team to achieve short term and long-term targets.
• Preparation weekly/monthly progress reports and presentations for clients and management.
• Regularly monitoring key performance indicators (CPI, SPI, and KPI) and providing timely updates to management.
• Maintain delay events register.
• Preparing documents for EOT claims.
• Collaborating with other engineers and workers to design, develop, and improve techniques and construction processes.
• Keeping a maintenance record and filing documents, invoices, and instruction manuals.
• Prepare construction programs, estimations, CVR analysis, cash flow, and all reporting techniques.
• Visit the Factory to get information about all the manufacturing items and QA/QC works

• Projects: Proposed 2B+G+P+17 + Roof Residential Building (Planning & Coordination)
• Responsibilities :-

• Responsibilities:-
• Preparation of project execution plan/Master program Base Line.
• Generate S-Curves & Manpower & material histograms using Primavera P6. Preparation of EOT packages for claims.
• Preparation of EOT packages for claims.
• Visiting the site & Update Schedule, monitoring and controlling site activities. Preparation of Cashflow.
• Ensure all ongoing projects are going on time & within budget.
• Preparation of Project proposals, reports and presentations for client & management.
• Preparation of short-term detailed schedule based on baseline schedule.
• Scheduling & attending the meetings as required, Monitoring, Updating & tracking site progress.

• Projects: Royale, Sholinganallur, OMR
• Responsibilities :-
• Preparing the Project Base line with the Planning team.
• Assist to the Senior Planning engineer.
• Monitoring the resources are required for each activities and updating the above levels. Scheduling & attending the meeting as required.
• Updating the project data according to actual site progress.
• Preparation weekly/monthly progress reports and presentations for clients and management.
• Developing technical reports, presentations, and proposals to communicate.

• Projects: Construction of housing projects, Including 3 storied penthouse, 3-story commercial buildings, rural road construction, and cemetery construction
• Responsibilities :-
• Supports project delivery by creating schedules, tracking progress, managing resources, and reporting.
• Focusing on Primavera P6/MS Project, risk analysis, cost control, coordinating with design/site teams to ensure projects meet timelines and budget, working closely with Senior Planning Engineers to generate reports and mitigation plans.
• Assign resources (manpower, equipment, costs) to activities.
• Prepare work programs, cash flow curves, and manpower histograms.
