· Arranging renewal terms, process & negotiations.

· To look after renewal of current Life & Medical Insurance Policies by obtaining renewal quote from the current underwriters as well as comparing with other quotations that will be obtained from other approved underwriters. The procedure also involves close co-ordination with the Department Manager and Client, which involves frequent visits to the client office.
· Client Servicing involves serving the client in their day today activities like additions / deletions to the policy, answering their queries, visiting them at their offices to explain more in detail of their policies, which might involve presentation of their Policy
· Selling of Life & Medical Policies – Involves understanding the client’s needs and selling the right product, which suites their requirements
· Claims – The responsibility included verifying the medical claims submitted for proper documentation and maintaining a log of the claims submitted by the client and following up with the underwriters for settlement
· Invoicing – Generating Debit notes / Credit notes based on the underwriters billing after cross checking against the records and forwarding them to the client and also following up with the client for the Premium.
Maintaining records of all the policies in the software developed in Ms-Access for easy verification of details upon request. Also responsibilities included maintaining proper files of all policy documents, Invoices etc.,
