Key Projects

deployment of Yardi throughout Nakheel Asset Management.

Between January and October 2018, I led a critical IT transformation project at Nakheel, transitioning from Oracle EBS and Finance to Yardi Voyager and Yardi+. This project also involved implementing the "Orion" dashboard for comprehensive asset management across Nakheel's malls and hospitality destinations. Despite facing challenges such as data migration complexities, integration issues, and stringent timelines, we successfully navigated these obstacles.

Through strategic risk management, meticulous planning, and regular stakeholder engagement, we mitigated most risks. By leveraging cross-functional teams and maintaining clear communication channels, we ensured the project stayed on track. The project was delivered on time, significantly enhancing Nakheel's operational efficiency and providing robust asset management capabilities through the new Yardi systems and the Orion dashboard.
