Regional Human Resources management – UAE & KSA
Collaboration:
- Working closely with all department heads and business leaders related to workforce needs, addressing talent gaps, future organizational requirements, learning and development, compensation & benefits, job description, KPI settings, employee engagement and retention, dispute resolution etc.
Managing Employee Life Cycle:
- Talent Acquisition- Implementing strategies to attract, recruit, and retaining top talent in the industry

- Monthly salary administration including payroll processing, end of service processing
