• Planning, Execution & Coordination of all construction activities.
• Preparation of action items, follow up of materials, subcontract/supplier activities.
• Proficient in monitoring progresses, Quality and safety measures, other construction activities.
• Communicate with the C.M and other departments related to the project. Supervise and organize the update of project data for the different disciplines.
• Quantity analysis and estimation.
• Prepare monthly/Weekly/Daily progress report to Client Consultant Representatives & communicate with them continuously regarding the project progress & areas of concern.
• Providing support to the Construction Management team during the construction phase of the Project with design related and prime contract issues.
• Lead site staff in controlling overall Project Quality, Safety, Progress and Cost Objectives, as well As to ensure all Project Documentation are properly controlled.
