o Choose best products & Acquire best quotes from Vendors
o Costing of Products between purchase value and net buying & RSP.
o Meeting with clients & Vendors every week and discuss about opportunities and growth
o Activation & placements of new products into the stores
o Ensure all supplied products at prime locations or visible
o Data Analysis checks for POS V/S IMS
o Ensure the Obsolescence and Damages being managed by replacement or RTV
o Maintaining accounts such as Purchase ,Sales, Journals, Ledger ,Trail balance and all other Reconciliations
o PO Amendments - Since Al Futtaim group requires PO Value match Invoice value; i.e need to amend it through head office team if any mismatch of stock or price
o Delivery Coordination’s with All TRU Stores.
o Maintain GCTS Master file and send PI to overseas branches (TRU).
o Monthly check on POS V/S IMS and plan and execute Orders.
o Weekly Replenishments according closing Stocks.
o Conduct Market Research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
o Actively seek out new Sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and Social media.
o Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
o prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
o Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial Data.
o Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
