Trade:
1- Market audits.
- Conduct weekly market visits as per plan to monitor given KPI’s and report back to the team
and distributors
- Follow up with distributors on the action points
- Make quarterly “before and after” reports
- Keep records of all visits and analyse results per sales man on quarterly basis to calculate
incentive eligibility
- Follow up with the distributors on listing & availability of our products by store by SKU and
manage new listings when new platforms/portfolio come up
- Make sure all stores use correct portfolio and planograms
- Competitor reports on monthly basis
2- Distribution.
- Improve distribution by constant market visits and follow up
- Monitor stock levels and highlight any gaps to the team
3- Commercial and channel development.
- Conduct business review with distributors on quarterly basis to monitor performance by
channel/customer as well as identify opportunities, development areas and translate them
into action points and KPI’s.
- Follow up on action points and KPI’s as per the business review to ensure correct and timely
execution and measurements
4- Commercial analysis and reporting.
- Collect and analyse sales & sell-out reports on monthly basis to monitor the development by Channel/Customer/SKU’s and product range
- Analyse monthly market shares and distribution data
- Collect and analyse e-commerce data on monthly basis
- Identify focus areas and propose action points, support and follow up 5- Activations and projects executions support.
- Implement the trade marketing strategy for UAE and Oman in line with SN Middle East overall plans
- Follow up with promotional & activation plans, from development of POS to timely delivery
of promotional materials in store, while managing the available budget
- Standardize the methods of evaluating the various promotions & generate timely reports
- Take corrective and pro-active actions to improve promotions/activities effectiveness
- Plan, execute & monitor in coordination with Senior Trade Marketing Manager Gulf relevant
route to market, CATMAN or other relevant projects projects in the Lower Gulf.
E-commerce:
1- Availability and e-merchandising.
- Conduct weekly availability and monthly e-merchandising checks on all e-commerce
platforms and share reports with key stakeholders
- Follow up with the distributors on listing & availability of our products by platform by SKU
and manage new listings when new platforms/portfolio come up
- Make sure all e-commerce platforms use correct packshots, content and descriptions
2- Activations, Promotions & Pricing
- Weekly report on our brands and competitor brands activities (+ compare our live activities vs. plan).
- Ensure all promotions are running as per plan, analyse the results and share report on monthly basis.
- Keep monitoring the prices and discounts.
Promoters Support Duties:
1. Targets setting, result analysis and follow up
- Make sure all promoters have their monthly/quarterly targets set by store and share with all stakeholders
- Collect consolidated data on sales and results from supervisors, SFE and distributors & analyse the results vs. KPI’s on monthly/quarterly basis.
- Create a result dashboard and share the key highlights with all stakeholders on monthly/quarterly basis
- Propose, plan and help execute additional incentives/ best practise programs.
2. Promoters Materials & Training
- Coordinate with Promoter supervisor who will share monthly reporting on materials used
and remaining – make sure the team has all necessary materials and order new quantities
when necessary to avoid any gaps in the market (samples, communication, tablets, uniforms
etc.)
- Coordinate between promoter supervisor and marketing/compliance/SFE teams to make
sure promoters have up to date training and follow training calendar
3. Coaching visits
- Conduct at least 1 coaching visit per quarter with each promoter (4*each promoter per year)
- Conduct double coaching visit with supervisor with 4 promoters per quarter (1 per promoter
annually)
- Report the coaching visits and share feedbacks with supervisor and all stakeholders
