Roles & Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve dealership targets.
· Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
· Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and objectives.
Customer Relations:
· Foster a customer-centric culture within the sales team.
· Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Inventory and Finance Management:
· Oversee the dealership’s inventory, ensuring the right mix of vehicles to meet customer demand.
· Work with the finance department to manage pricing, discounts, promotions and invoicing.
Compliance and Reporting:
· Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
· Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.

Team Management:
