Order Management System (OMS) is a digital solution that helps businesses efficiently track, manage, and fulfill customer orders. It centralizes order processing across various sales channels, ensuring seamless coordination between inventory, suppliers, warehouses, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, enhancement and maintenance of client / server web applications using ROR technology.
• Translated business requirements into detailed technical tasks, breaking down complex features into manageable subtasks.
• Updated and maintained applications by upgrading gems to the latest versions, ensuring smooth functionality and resolving compatibility issues.
• Integrating with ecommerce platforms, SOAP-based API in NetSuite, REST API integrations with WooCommerce.
• Designed and implemented webhooks and RESTful APIs for seamless integration of product, customer data and fulfillment process between e-commerce platforms and application.
• Worked closely with clients to understand their requirements better and deliver customised solutions accordingly.

TCS iON Digital Learning is a large-scale initiative by Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). It is a cloud-based digital learning and assessment platform designed for schools, colleges, universities, and businesses to enable online education and training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing, building and maintaining efficient , reusable, reliable Ruby code.
• Implemented and enhanced CRUD operations for the application using Model View Controller Architecture of Rails framework.
• Front end designing and developing using HTML5, CSS, Javascript, Ajax.
• Integrating user facing elements developed by front end developers with server side logic
• Identifying and fixing bottlenecks and bugs.
• Designing and maintaining data reports to track key performance metrics.
• Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security across systems.
