DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•Provide a warm welcome to the guest manging the reservations and seating chart and escort dinner to their tables .

• I will explain the daily Menu and allocate sections to my staff and give the responsibility to them

•I'm checking the menu to make recommendations and answering guest questions and informing the kitchen staff of any allergies or special requests and i will be updating in the message box

•Monitor guest satisfaction and complaints or issues promptly, maintain the cleanliness of the dining area cleaning tables refilling the drinks preparing the restaurant for service (mise-en-place)

•At the end of the day i will update Bayaan for my staff giving briefing and making the training schedules follow up the SOP and control operational costs, manage inventory levels oversee budgets maximum revenue I will make sure service and food quality meets the hotel standards
