Projects

  • Part of on-going projects to automize inventory related reports via SAP Business Objects with the objective of continuous improvement in efficiency of the teams.
  • Successfully implemented forecasting modules giving a holistic view on our Demand planning processes. Forecast modules are designed to give the planners quick access to factual data to be able to collaborate and finalize with the cross functional teams on a bottom up approach.
  • Was part of a pilot project team with one of the key Partners to re-structure the Supply process for the region. Worked jointly to ensure success of the pilot program for the new Supply process which saw it being rolled out to other key markets.
  • Was tasked with implementing the Demand & Supply processes SOP, which were successfully running in our Head office in Dubai, to re-structure the practices in the office in Abu Dhabi. Involved working with cross functional teams as well as with Partners ensuring the project's success with meticulous change management.
