• Etihad Airways, Arabian Travel Market (ATM) : Led the end-to-end execution of Etihad Airways’ exhibition stand at the Arabian Travel Market. Oversaw the delivery and integration of all technological elements, including large-scale LED walls, LED banner screens, interactive photobooths, and immersive digital experiences. Coordinated with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure seamless setup and on-time delivery, enhancing Etihad’s brand presence and visitor engagement.
• Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO) Activations: Directed the full lifecycle of an innovative tech-driven exhibition for ADIO, featuring multiple high-impact activations. Key highlights included a synchronized robotic arm show with three KUKA robots operating 2m x 2m LED walls, interactive pick-and-place robotic activations, touch-and-throw digital displays, interactive screens, and an LED globe centerpiece. Led all aspects of project coordination, vendor management, and on-site implementation, ensuring seamless execution and high audience engagement.
• Mawaheb Interactive wall: I was responsible for projection mapping, programming, and client coordination for an interactive projection wall with over 15 touch points for Mawaheb, a division of the Abu Dhabi government.
• Emirates Islamic Bank 20th Anniversary Celebration: Managed the planning and execution of multiple interactive activations for Emirates Islamic Bank's 20th Anniversary Celebration, including an AI photobooth, digital quiz, buzz wire game, and anagram game. Led a cross-functional team, coordinating with vendors, designers, and technical staff to ensure seamless delivery of all activations. Oversaw the project lifecycle from concept to execution, ensuring timely setup, smooth operation, and an engaging experience for attendees.
