Currently I manage a team of 50 in the MEA region with a remote team from our design centre of 24 FTEs. Recognized for my ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams, I focus on aligning commercial strategies with organizational goals to drive sustainable growth in fast-evolving markets. With a solid technical foundation and exceptional communication skills, I am proficient in both the strategic and operational aspects of data centre development. Previously serving as Global Head of Business Development & Marketing, I am now currently in the role of Director (Practice Lead) for the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. Leading a team of 80 on major data centre infrastructure projects with overall P&L and financial responsibility for the MEA region.

Since joining RED in 2019, I have spent several years in various regions, initially in the UK, then expanding the RED business in APAC before relocating to the UAE to focus on the development of the business and operations in the region.

Bringing strategic leadership skills, combined with a talent for cultivating and maintaining global relationships, I am instrumental in driving growth and expansion for RED as will as implementing discipline and controls around financial and contractual management . With a unique approach to business development, which blends technical knowledge with a deep understanding of market dynamics, has consistently yielded positive results.

In my role Director (MEA), I utilise my extensive experience and strategic insight to further our organisation’s objectives in the region, while also forming part of RED’s global leadership team.
