Summary

I am a Wellbeing and Indoor Cycling Coach specialized in women-centered training methodologies. I design programs that integrate cardiovascular optimization, strength, breathwork, and recovery, enhancing hormonal balance, nervous system regulation, and fat metabolism while delivering sustainable, long-term results.

I have developed three proprietary methods—I-R-H-O (Indoor Ride Heart Optimization), APEX, and Full Body Revolution—each tailored to women and grounded in evidence-informed principles. My work has attracted the attention of researchers at the University of Alain, Faculty of Sport Sciences, initiating a research proposal on I-R-H-O to investigate cardiovascular and endocrine adaptations across female hormonal life stages.

Through group classes and private coaching, I create training experiences that empower women to feel strong, balanced, and resilient, combining performance, wellbeing, and conscious movement.

Work history

Indoor cycling instructor

FIT UAE Yas Mall
Abu Dhabi, UAE
2021.10 - 2023.11

I officially launched my career at FIT UAE Yas Mall, where I turned a lifelong passion for cycling into a professional journey. Growing up with a father who was an amateur cyclist, I learned early on that cycling isn’t just a sport—it’s a form of therapy and personal empowerment. There, I built a vibrant, engaged community of riders, connecting with a diverse audience and creating classes that inspire, motivate, and energize. This experience marked the real take-off of my career.

Indoor Cycling & Well-Being Coach for Caregivers

Cleveland Clinic
Abu Dhabi
2022.06 - 2022.12

My experience at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, where I led stress-relief classes for caregivers, doctors, and nurses, profoundly expanded my vision of coaching. I designed sessions with supportive talks, curated playlists for stress relief, long stretching routines, and nervous system techniques to restore balance and reduce stress. The feedback from doctors was so positive that I was promoted from cycling instructor to Well-Being Coach. This motivated me to deepen my expertise, studying advanced techniques to optimize nervous system recovery post-class, and even traveling to Italy to complete courses in conscious breathing. These experiences shaped my approach to indoor cycling as a holistic tool not only for physical fitness but also for mental clarity and stress relief, creating classes that are highly engaging and impactful for healthcare professionals in high-responsibility roles.

Khabib Gym-Palm Sport
Abu Dhabi
2022.01 - Current

During my time at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, a new gym facility was launched, and I was personally approached to take on the role of Head Coach for Group Classes. I saw this as a valuable opportunity for growth, which led to several years of continuous development, study, and refinement of my coaching approach.

Working predominantly with women (approximately 90% of my clients) naturally guided me to specialize in female-focused training, with particular attention to hormonal balance, energy levels, and individual needs. This vision led me to create Full Body Revolution, a one-hour, fully integrated training concept that combines indoor cycling with strength and conditioning within the same class. Designed specifically for women, the program is music-driven, time-coordinated, and structured to deliver a complete, efficient, and empowering workout experience.

Full Body Revolution was my first proprietary program and was officially registered and approved by REPs UAE.

Over the years, I increasingly specialized in cardiovascular optimization, developing targeted classes aimed at improving different aspects of the cardiovascular system. This evolution led to the creation of I-R-H-O – Indoor Ride Heart Optimization, a performance-driven, heart-focused indoor training methodology entirely designed by me.

I-R-H-O is rooted in indoor cycling but can be adapted to other formats while maintaining the same strong foundations: muscle preservation, heart rate monitoring, recovery awareness, and intentional effort. Each class follows a precise structure—extended warm-up, heart-rate–guided training blocks, guided cool-down, stretching, and integrated breathwork—supporting both physical performance and nervous system regulation.

More than a workout, I-R-H-O is a transformative experience that improves cardiovascular health, stamina, strength, emotional resilience, sleep quality, and recovery capacity. Breathing is a core pillar of the method, used as a tool for awareness, stress reduction, and nervous system balance. Music and lighting complete the experience, creating an immersive, emotionally intelligent environment where every session becomes intentional, safe, and deeply effective.

Individual & Group Performance Coach

Self-Employed
2024.12 - Current

My passion for helping women transform their habits and elevate their quality of life has consistently guided my professional evolution. Over time, this commitment led me to design and refine training methodologies tailored specifically to the female body, with deep respect for hormonal balance, nervous system health, and long-term sustainability.

This vision gave rise to APEX, a smart, sustainable training methodology whose name derives from the Latin word for excellence. APEX focuses on balance-centered movement, barefoot training, and the development of a strong aerobic foundation, promoting efficiency, stability, and resilience rather than exhaustion or overtraining.

The method was inspired by a group of former runners I have coached privately over several years—women who came to me experiencing fluid retention, compromised balance, and generalized physical weakness. Through APEX, they progressively rebuilt strength, postural control, and body awareness in a structured yet adaptable way. While the objective remains consistent, the path is always individualized, honoring the uniqueness of each woman.

At its core, APEX is not simply a workout program; it is a training philosophy that empowers women to feel strong, capable, and healthy—without pushing the body beyond its limits.

Currently, I balance my role leading group classes at Khabib Gym with private and small-group coaching, delivering fully customized programs designed to support long-term well-being, performance, and sustainable lifestyle change.
