- Observed and witnessed the performance Mock-up (PMU) of curtain wall from assembly to till dismantling as per project specification requirement & test required based on the approved structural calculation
- Conduct factory visit for glass & Aluminum fabrication
- Develop a Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project
- Conduct inspection of incoming materials and check if it is compiled with the required/ordered materials and approved as per project specification, material submittal and standard prior to installation
- Raise Non-conformance report (NCR) for all received materials are incompliance to the project specification, material submittal and quality standard
- To check and verify that latest approved documents are being used at the workplace on site
- Provide guidance to the site workers to understand the installation requirements as per the approved method statement, Shop drawing, Structural calculation and project specification
- Observed and implement company quality policy
- Carry out the day-to-day site QAQC inspections and ensure all the installation within the required tolerance as per approved ITP & Project specification
- Review and recommend alternation or changes on technical aspects of work, as necessary
- Attending regular progress meeting, QAQC meetings with supervision consultant and Main contractor.
- Identified and resolved manufacturing defects, reducing product returns and warranty claims.
