• To follow up the time and attendance of the department associates
• Attending telephone calls.
• To administrate the extra hours and over time of all associates and follow up on day to day basis
• Organize and schedule training program with the department and conduct the training program as and when required.
• To follow leaves / vacation plan and advice the ADOE / DOE as required.
• To handle the new comers of the department and brief about the SOP and operational procedure of the department and administrate the Key responsibility and accountability of the individual as required by the trade.
• Follow up on the any pay and particulars of departmental associates.
• Co-ordinate with all other department for handing over files, taking over files, mails,

      and any other communication as required and maintain records for the same.

• Coordinate with Engineering Stores Personnel to ensure that they carry the stock level at most economical level.
• To ensure implementation of statutory requirements checklist system
• To ensure that, whenever possible all work is carried out in the normal working day and that whenever any extra hours need to be worked, these are agreed with the DOE / ADOE and member of staff concerned.
• Follow up with AMC.
• Issuing Gate pass to external contracts to perform AMC/other maintenance woks.
• To ensure that all logs and records kept in tact and safeguard the same.
• Follow the PR system, LPO in various stages in the department and intimate the status to ADOE / DOE as required.
• Preparing Engineering Month End Report.
• Preparing Duty Roster.
• Preparing Staff Attendance and Submitting to HR.
• Staff Vacation, Medical leaves, and Compensatory Off follow up.
• Receiving Guest Room complaints from Housekeeping and assigning technicians to attend the complaints.
• Resolving maintenance request from Triton/Opera system.
• Handling engineering store in the absence of engineering store keeper.
• Excellent working knowledge of computers Materials management opera and bayan
• Sending Enquiries for Quotations on Engineering Supplies
• Comparing Quality & Samples with prices in the Market
• Assisting to the purchasing department for making LPO of Engineering Supplies.
• Inventory Control of Engineering Stores, using FMC Software.
• Keeping track on Expiry dates of specific items
