- Plan & supervise preventive/ breakdown /corrective /shutdown, Mechanical Maintenance of Casting Unit, MDO, TDO, PRS, Winder, Slitter, Metallizer, Vacuum distillation unit, Manufacturing Unit, Boiler Unit, etc.
- Managing Maintenance team including Engineers, Fitters, Operators & contractual manpower to get the required work done in a timely, effective & efficient manner to meet the performance of team members.
- Having experience & Knowledge of Mechanical Maintenance like Gearboxes, Blowers, Ovens, Exhaust Systems, Mechanical transmission Systems, Rubber Rollers, Overhead Cranes (BOPP Line, Metallizer, Slitters & Specialty Film Lines)
- Analysis of Equipment failure, and implement the preventive & corrective actions to restrict the breakdowns within the defined limit
- Carrying out Plant Preventive maintenance & Lubrication activity as per OEM guidelines.
